Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 3rd May 2023, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over

4. To consider applications from members for dispensations

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 1st and 15th March 2023 and the 19th April 2023 and the Chairman to sign them.

6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

10. To receive an update from the Clerk on planning matters for Land Adj to Harmony Terrace, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

11. To receive a report from the Clerk on the litter picking equipment and its use, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

12. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only

13. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

14. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

16. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

17. To receive information and quotes from the Clerk for a recycling bin to be purchased and installed in Illogan Park, agree where in the Park to locate the bin, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

18. To receive quotes for the works highlighted in the Manningham Wood Management Plan, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
