3. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 17h May 2023 and the Chairman to sign them
4. To receive reports from the following outside bodies:
a) Cornwall Councillors
b) Representatives from outside bodies
5. To receive reports from local organisations for the 2023/2024 municipal year
6. To receive questions and motions from residents
7. Chairman’s remarks
All questions and motion by residents must be sent in writing to the Clerk by Monday 13th May 2024
