1. To elect a Chairman of the Climate, Environment and Planning Committee for the 2025/2026 municipal year

2. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Climate, Environment and Planning Committee for the 2025/2026 municipal year

3. Safety Procedures

4. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions

5. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over

6. To consider applications from members for dispensations

7. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 29th April 2025 at 7pm and 29th April 2025 at 7.30pm and the Chairman to sign them.

8. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

10. To discuss planning applications received from Cornwall Council and agree statutory consultee comments to return to Cornwall Council Planning Department (Reporting Councillor -Cllr Cullimore)

14. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

17. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

18. To receive and approve the amended Agreement for the Use of Pitches and Changing Facilities at Illogan Park and agree any future actions

19. To receive and approve the quote specification for maintenance works in Illogan Park, and agree any future actions

20. To receive and approve the quote specification for an additional section of tarmac path in Manningham Wood to connect the main tarmac path from The Platt to the path to Illogan Churchyard, and agree any future actions

21. To receive tenders for the Design of a Sensory Garden with a Yoga/Mindfulness/Meditation Zone Leading onto a Sensory Trail, agree any future actions and recommendations to Full Council
