Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 3rd July 2019, 7pm at Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan

  1. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over
  1. To consider applications from members for dispensations
  1. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 5th and 19th June 2019 and the Chairman to sign them
  1. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

  1. To receive and approve the draft Terms of reference for the Manningham Wood Management Task and Finish Group, appoint members to the Group and agree any future actions
  1. To receive and approve the draft Policy on Weed Control on Parish Council Owned or Managed Land and agree any future actions
  1. To receive a report from Cllr Ekinsmyth on speed signs and a report from Cllr Ford on the Safer Cornwall event and agree any future actions
  1. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only
  1. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
  1. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
  1. Date and Time of next meeting

Wednesday 17th July 2019, time to be confirmed in Penwartha Hall.

  1. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
  1. To receive quote to replace the sign at the entrance to the footpath from Parsonage Well to Portreath, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
