1. To elect a Chairman of the Planning and Environmental Services Committee for the 2022/2023 municipal year

2. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Planning and Environmental Services Committee for the 2022/2023 municipal year

4. To receive apologies for absence

5. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over

Wednesday 15th June 2022, 7pm in The Old School Centre, Nance Lane, Illogan.

11. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

12. To receive a quote to inspect the Ash trees in Manningham Wood in July/August 2022 and to re-assess trees 0077 and 0078, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
