1. To receive apologies for absence

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders)

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance and Resources Committee held on the 13th November 2020 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To review income and expenditure to date and to agree any future actions

8. To review forecast income and expenditure to 31st March 2020 and agree and future actions

9. To consider whether or not to arrange additional assistance with regard to the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR)

10. Off-payroll working (IR35) – to consider its relevance to Parish Council contractors
