Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 4^th October 2023, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

AGENDA

1. Safety Procedures
2. To receive apologies for absence
3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over
4. To consider applications from members for dispensations
5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 6^th and 20^th September 2023 and the Chairman to sign them.
6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
7. Public participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders)
8. To discuss planning applications received

   PA23/06969
   Illogan Parish Council, Harris Memorial Surgery, Robartes Terrace, Illogan
   Works to trees subject to a tree preservation order (TPO) to reduce holly on hedge by 1-2m, to reduce sycamore 2-3m and fell suppressed sycamore on hedge
9. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate
10. To ratify the Council’s response to the Cornwall Council 5-day planning protocol for PA23/06473 – Tallem, South Drive, Tehidy, that this Council agrees with the recommendation of the Planning Officer and agree any future actions.
11. To consider residents suggestions from the Illogan Fun Day for the Council to consider locating footpaths that aren’t recorded on the definitive map and applying for them to be recorded and agree any future actions
12. To consider residents suggestions from the Illogan Fun Day for the Council to consider keeping the kerbs clear of weeds and agree any future actions
13. To consider residents suggestions from the Illogan Fun Day for the Council to consider increasing trees and planting on green spaces to offset the increase in green areas being built on and agree any future actions
14. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only
15. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
16. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
17. Date and Time of next meeting

Wednesday 18^th October 2023, time to be confirmed in Illogan Parish Council Community Office.

18. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
19. To receive quotes for tree inspections for Manningham Wood and Illogan Park, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
