I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday September 15^th at 7.00 pm at The Old School Centre, Illogan

AGENDA

 

1. Safety Procedures

 

2. Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies

 

3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

 

4. To consider applications from members for dispensations

 

5. Public participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)

7. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 18^th August 2021 and the Chairman to sign them

 

8. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

 

9. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions

 

10. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of August 2021.

 

11. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of September 2021 (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)

 

12. To consider management, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

13. To agree to apply for a reduction in the speed limit within the whole parish from 30 mph to

20 mph.

 

14. To receive correspondence from the 19^th August 2021 until the 8^th September 2021, agree

any appropriate responses and any future action

 

15. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors (providing they are received in writing

prior to the agenda being circulated)

 

16. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and

timescales

Wednesday 20^th October, 7pm at a venue to be arranged.

 

18. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are

excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.

 

19. To receive the GDPR Data Protection Act Fee Renewal and to agree any future actions and

any associated expenditure.

 

20. To receive a quote to trim the vegetation in front of the service gate at Illogan Park and to

reduce the large Buddleia in height (as agreed with the neighbouring property owner),agree

any future actions and any associated expenditure.

 

21. To receive an additional premium quote for the increase in insurance cover for the changing

rooms following refurbishment.
